position overview
You should be a strategic, results-oriented marketing strategy & content creation leader who can manage planning, processes, and systems for our team and our clients. We will work with multiple brands across the agency in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You should be focused on digital marketing/media and data-driven. The role will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives both within the agency and for our clients, creating impressive results and growth. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative, and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking across multiple clients. You will work to create regular reports on marketing campaigns and their effectiveness.

role description
Do you love social media? Now you can use that passion to directly impact and change the lives of small business owners.

Duties include
- Oversee asset creation, management, and distribution
- Writing killer copy that evokes the client’s tone and style of voice – meeting brand expectations and word limitations
- Working with multiple clients – adjusting to each specific brand and driving consistency across all platforms
- Basic understanding of graphic design, photography, typography, and brand guidelines
- Ensure materials and communications reach the target market and quantify results on time and within budget.
- Communications/campaign may include: social media posts, SEO, email newsletters, press releases, and more
- Collaborating with Chief Content Strategist to understand how campaign is performing and using that insight to refine future campaigns
- Developing an understanding of key audiences to recommend strategic/creative solutions to the team and improve campaigns
- Providing best practices and guidance on how to leverage campaigns to target customers/consumers and optimize performance
Requirements
- Ability to create, edit, and proofread copy while upholding the tone, style, voice for various brands
- Ability to handle feedback/constructive criticism from team members/clients while adhering to deadlines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Motivated by analytics/performance
- Proactive, self starter
- Star studded communicator – not just internally, but also externally to deliver written and verbal communications that deliver our clients message clearly and effectively
- Experience with Canva, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, & Buffer
- Knowledge of ClickUp or other project management system
- Understanding of best SEO practices and digital marketing a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field & at least 2 years of experience in a creative marketing capacity (or equivalent combination of education and experience) is required.
